    Fix Grand Total Visualization

    It would be useful to choose if i want to see the Grand Total Row at all time, whether im going up or down on a large matrix.

    I have the problem that if i am looking at the firsts rows, and want to see the grand total i should go all the way down at the end of the matrix, and then go up all the way again.

    This happens whenever stepped layout is turned off in the Row Headers pane. This should definitely be fixed so that it appears whether stepped layout is on or off.
