    Provide a way for upcoming updates to the Power BI service to be communicated to the wide audience of consulting firms developing Power BI dashboards/reports/datasets for our clients.
    These notifications should supply information as to what will change (break) so we can be proactive in notifying our clients or implement proactive steps.
