In february 2024 we received an update that in some way improved new slicer but also broke it.

Static number of rows was changed to dynamic. For example if we set number of rows to 10 but slicer will have only 5 rows it will dynamically adjust the height of those 5 rows to fill all slicer space instead of filling just the half.

This behaviour is very bad when we have another slicer that filters the slicer that we would normally have with static number of rows. In an extreme situation imagine a slicer when we set up for 10 rows but we filter it and now it shows only 1 huge row....

An example I have 2 slicers, first represents departments and second represents emplyees. First I select a deparment so that the slicer with empleyees would show me only employees from that deparment (all other visualizations show that department data). I want to make the employee slicer have that button/gallery look just like microsoft advertised it or how I can do it for example in power apps with gallery. If these buttons have any pictures and their height changes they will just look ridiculous

Problem I described here
