After 4 successive refresh failures, a semantic model's scheduled refresh job will be disabled. The notification email sent after one of these disable refresh events only states this fact in the body of the message, not in the subject header.

All refresh failure notifications have the same subject line:

"Refresh failed: [semantic model name] has failed to refresh"

If you receive a lot of these messages you aren't likely to notice that one of them is different and maybe requires some active intervention. It would be more helpful if the subject line explicitly states that the scheduled refresh job has been disabled.

Suggest that after the fourth refresh failure and disabling of the scheduled refresh job, the subject line of the email should change to something like:

"Refresh failed and disabled: [semantic model name] has failed to refresh and its scheduled refresh has been disabled"
