Authorized user cannot see data in Visualizations

The VP of our IT department has an email enabled account in Office 365 that is used for testing purposes.


•I have confirmed this account has been assigned a Pro Power BI license
•I have confirmed he has access to the data for all Locations for reports - using row level security
•I have successfully shared the dashboard for Management reports that we have in Production.
•Other users with the same access are able to access dashboard and see all reports.

However, when he accesses the Web Service on PowerBi.com - all graphs and other visualizations come up blank - with no data.



Please help!
