Enabling user to give input's from dashboard

Currently we are developing a dashboard from data source using SQL server. We are using stored procedures and parameters needed to be passed to this SP from user. user can give any input's and based on the input given, SP needs to fetch data from SQL server and data set will be created and then we can work on that in order to visualise that as chart's/plot's
So, my concern is can we make this possible ? user will be able to give input's from dashboard which will tweak Stored procedure and data will be retrieved ?
