Merge Queries (Opposite of "Extract Previous")

We have the function that can break up a too-long query with basically one click ("Extract Previous"), but nothing to do the opposite and combine them or re-allocate steps except to copy-paste in advanced editor.

Suggest two functions in the same context menu as "Extract Previous":

• Move Block to Previous Query (moves that line and all previous lines to the end of the preceding query)
• Move Block to Next Query (moves that line to the end of the query to the beginning of the next query)
