I would like to have the ability (GUI, API, etc.) to retrieve UPNs related to the following

-Users have Multiple shared links.

-Users are registered for "direct access".

Currently, the list of users with access rights can be obtained using the API below, but it cannot be obtained under the conditions we want above.

Also, we would like to be able to get it by workspace administrators and report owners without requiring administrator privileges or service principals.
