Design Power BI reports like Power Apps

Power Apps has great design properties:

• Visible. Hide/show a visual depending on a condition. E.g. we could use measures to control the visibility of a visual in Power BI.
• Relative position. Position a visual relative to another visual. Set the x distance and y distance.
• Global variables. Instead of having to use DAX for everything, there could be some global variables (e.g. when a user clicks a button) which controls the layout and visibility of visuals on the canvas.
• Etc. etc.

In general: bring Power Apps design functionality to Power BI reports.
