Slicer to Omit records from a large data set. (Cant scroll through the records)

Currently the only way you can use a slicer to omit records is to Set Select All to On. then save the report with this selected so all the values are selected. Then the user can select a record to omit it from the data set.
This however only works if the record set is fairly small so you can scroll through them. Not when there are thousands of entries. In this case you need to allow the user to input the code to find it THEN select it. Currently you cant do this.

It would be really useful to have a slicer that Omits records based on what the user enters and then chooses, rather than having to scroll and find the value.
