Power BI Report Server needs an option to add links

Power BI Report server needs an option to be able to add a hyperlink option to the portal. This would have numerous benefits such as being able to store documentation in a central location like Sharepoint / Sharepoint Online where it can be easily maintained.

This would also help in cloud migration or hybrid scenarios where some reports are on powerbi.com and some are on report server. We could add links to either specific reports or to a workspace. In a migration scenario as folders of reports are moved to a powerbi.com workspace we can replace the folder in report server with a link to the workspace. This will reduce support costs since users would still be able to find their reports by navigating through the report portal.

Ideally we should have a choice of icons to use for the links. eg linked folder, linked report, linked document
