We use ServiceNow extensively for Incident, Request, Enhancement and Change Order management. Although it is possible to access their API's using web queries, it is not very efficient and there are a lot of related tables that come across as Lists or Records, requiring you to piece together all of the data. An intelligent connector (similar to the Incident Content Pack in PowerBI Online) would definitely help us build dashboards for our IT Leadership Team to review.

There are quite a lot of business using servicenow. There would be need to show all possible data using Power Bi via Teams -> This connector would be really good to get.

Is the connector still available? I can't see it any more in the Get Data list
If it is, are there any enhancements in terms of being able to deselect info to capture for GDPR reasons?
