We still do not find the incremental load in August 18 desktop.
We have Pro licences but we need to use the desktop since there is no connection to our DWH from app.powerbi.com

What can we do ?

Inmense gap between customers that find PBI useful: Very small ones and huge corporations. There is no solution for mid tier, not only because of incremental refhesh, but for data capacity. 1GB per data set is SMALL.

We load travel - hotel and air expenses every month. It would be nice to add load these files incrementally

This is a must have feature for any reasonably size data. Power Bi Premium is completely beyond reach of organizations where Powerbi is being used by thousands of people. This must be provided to Power Bi pro users

I am also switching our entire platform and all of our customers to Tableau. I've had the trouble of this. I'm also going to blog this inadequacy to all future subscribers to PowerBI Pro.
