How sexy the data looks is sometimes more important than how accurate it is!

I love a light grey/dark grey colour scheme as much as the next person, but it be great to be able to brand the dashboard with the organisation colours/background watermark/logos etc. Maybe offer an option to modify the default CSS used - similar to how blogging sites like blogger allow you to change your page layouts/colours with a simple admin gui or completely change it by rewriting the CSS

Hey everyone - I'm excited to share that we shipped dashboard theming this week: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/announcing-dashboard-theming-in-the-power-bi-service/. Give it a try and let us know if you have any feedback! Well, with Power BI, not only keep your data accurate but you can also now make it look - as Jakub originally stated in this idea - sexy. :)

Hi Filip, today is July 27, 2016 ... any update on relative "timeframe"?

I would love to see the ability to add a default background across reports and dashboards, we have some great looking reports using a simple white background with some accents and it would be great to see that carry through the whole process. Plus I think we can all agree the process of having to map our company brand colours on every report is a bit of a faff

The default colour values could be better/smarter too.

I frequently riff on a pattern across multiple visualisations. Something similar to small multiples:

one measure, changing Y axis with same legend or
changing measure, same Y axis with same legend

I like to change the colour scheme from the default because I dont like the defaults (eg. I prefer the choices of iwanthue.com). To implement the theme, I have to manually set the colour for each legend value for every chart on the tab. It would be smart if I changed one chart and the service/desktop app applied the change to all visualisations on the tab.

Yes it is needed. We should have control on how the tiles and dashboard should be display.

We have a lot more control on reports. But when it come to dashboard, the effort we put for the reports wested due to lack of control on dashboard. As Report will be have a white bagraound and fixed ratio of size for tile

This is a must. It's been under review since 2014??? It works if you pin the entire page but that's not an option. Come on MS! Make this happen!!!

Absolute requirement. Can't believe it doesn't already work. You've spent so much effort providing ways of stylizing the reports, but if any user has a dark theme (with light text) then the dashboards won't work.
