Come on guys! This is such a glaring omission - I am constantly apologizing for the fact that Power BI doesn't include this yet. If you get this done well and included - for ALL elements, Tableau won't have much of anything left to call you out on.

I think the solution has to be a container for other elements that provides the small multiple functionality. Otherwise, you will have to rebuild everything to support it.

There are many examples of small multiple [lattice] visuals created with D3.
