Instead of hardcoding a number to use on formatting a table, allow users to use a measure/calculation (DAX) to format dynamically a table.

This is available already! You can read more about conditional formatting here: Table visualizations in Power BI reports and dashboards - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

RE: Dynamic conditional formatting

I have many uses for functionality which will allow conditional formatting by a text value in a column or by a field header. I agree with others that it is basic, but must-have.

RE: Dynamic conditional formatting

It would be great to be able to apply a range of conditions to a column based on date field e.g.

DateField1 > CurrentDate AND Status= Incomplete, row/font color is Red
DateField1 < CurrentDate AND Status= Incomplete, row/font color is Yellow etc.....
Other values font color is black

RE: Dynamic conditional formatting

I'd also really like to see this added. If you have different goals or targets for different categories (dimensions) within a visualization, it's impossible to correctly use conditional formatting until Power BI (or at least the relevant visualizations) allow for conditional formatting based on a measure.

RE: Dynamic conditional formatting

Please add a feature such that we can apply a range of conditions to a column.
(i.e.)
Status= "Fail" font color is Red
Status= "On Time" font color is Green
Status = "On Risk" font color is Yellow

RE: Dynamic conditional formatting

This is one of the places where powerbi is lacking. People want to see formatting on dynamic values and rarely on static values. Please implement

RE: Dynamic conditional formatting

Every format attribute should be either a constant either the result of a calculation
