    Chart View Details with Export to Excel

    One of the most used features in other tools in this space (including Proclarity/PerformancePoint) that users LOVE is the ability to hover over a visualization and choose to View Details. A window then pops up that allows them to see the underlying details with an export details to Excel option.

    If you could cause the data panel to show the data based on the criteria of the report page that was last active, you could easily see the data and just have one place to export the data from

    In addition to the users being able to export the data, this feature would be great to help debug the dashboards themselves.

    Power BI is and will remain a leaning and/or teaching "toy" until it has the ability to Export to Microsoft Excel.

    Excel and PDF are must have's. However, for integrating with some of the older platforms please consider ASCII as well? thanks

    Without the export feature reporting is incomplete. So, launch the feature soon.

    At list since march 2015 is the request to export to PDF and Excel. When this feature will be available? Hard to believe that an application feeds by Excel couldn't export to Excel.

    This feature will be extremely useful for user who are using excel for ages and our business users will adopt PBI dashboard reports if we have this feature. any ETA?
