Can we add sparkline support to tables and matrix? Native Excel PivotTable supports it.

12/20/21: The feature was shipped as Preview Feature in the December 2021 Update.
We're in the process of planning and developing the feature! Look out for it in the coming months.

RE: Sparkline
This is an essential capability to maximize space utilization - if I could give this enhancement all (ok, maybe not all, but a lot of them) my votes, I would!
RE: Sparkline
It would be great to add conditional formatting to matrix visualizations too.
RE: Sparkline
Ah, okay, so Sparklines in a table with associated indicators doesn't yet exist in Power BI? Am wanting to make a scorecard with Actuals, Targets, historic trends and indicators, but I fear I may be overselling the capability at the moment.
Any ideas on how I could create the following visualisation:

Thanks!
RE: Sparkline
This is by far one of the most powerful dashboard features promoted by Stephen Few. Here is an example of what in-cell charts look like: http://blog.xlcubed.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/FinanceSShot.png or https://community.tableau.com/ideas/1181
This is the kind of feature that separates mediocre eye-candy come no substance dashboard from ones that augment effective decision making. Please consider this feature as this enhances data:ink ratio better than any other visual in existence. In cell charts like spark lines and bullet graphs are unbeatable when used in a pivot table.
RE: Sparkline
It's not "power" BI without sparklines, Will. :D
RE: Sparkline
Can you make it easy for these to be for a rolling 13 month period, i.e. Show current month, plus preceding 12 months so that you can compare with equivalent month in previous year and see the trend since then.
RE: Sparkline
Really need the ability to add conditional formatting, data bars and sparklines to table and matrix objects
RE: Sparkline
Great idea, but please include the whole deal. That is: a) Line Sparkline; b) Column sparkline; and c) Win/Loss sparkline
Here is what I mean: http://imgur.com/oLcMw9q
RE: Sparkline
It would be important to have drill capability and to have each metric measured independently. Cost increases are bad, but sales increases are good, so marking decreases in red (for example) is misleading.
RE: Sparkline
It seems that sparklines are all the buzz these days. The business needs it.
