RE: incremental refresh for Power BI Pro
Can we get an update on it please?
RE: incremental refresh for Power BI Pro
Please work on this feature. This feature will definitely reduce our manual interventions.
RE: incremental refresh for Power BI Pro
This is a big show stopper for us. I hope this feature is implemented in near future.
RE: incremental refresh for Power BI Pro
Please work on this feature. It would be extremely helpful and reduce the amount of workarounds that we currently having to implement. If this feature was added, we could truly automate our reporting without the need for manual efforts each day.
RE: incremental refresh for Power BI Pro
Will this ever happen or is it expected we move all data to azure services using direct query?
RE: incremental refresh for Power BI Pro
Plz add that feature!
RE: incremental refresh for Power BI Pro
It's been under review for too long now... This is really a limiting factor for many enterprise project. I just assume Microsoft expects big projects to be modeled in SSAS.
RE: incremental refresh for Power BI Pro
being from a large company that is looking to replace other BI software with Power BI if one cannot do incremental refresh then this will begin to a large drag on our infrastructure. One which I would not recommend our organization to move toward.
This has been an open question for what appears to be for 2 years. I believe Microsoft needs to prioritize this. My reporting is looking at 3 years of ecommerce transactions to trend data. This is becoming impossible to do any type of reporting.
RE: incremental refresh for Power BI Pro
The incremental data load easily should be considered the top priority for Power BI enhancements.
RE: incremental refresh for Power BI Pro
Power BI must benchmark with its much more prices competitors but who also have such advantages, coming from a qlikview background fresh in to PBI, incremental load is an essential feature , along with a generic search feature (across all data), the ability to click a record and filter the report on that record (example click a salesman name all the dashboard will show that salesman's data similar to qlikview hence the "click") and a very basic feature is to allow for copy paste from a table or a matrix.
maybe some of these features there and i am not knowing how to make my way around it, if so please let me know :)
