As has been partly implemented with Filters, it would be very useful to have slicers that could apply to all pages of a report. This would allow users to interact more easily.

The most exciting news so far this year! In the February release of Power BI Desktop we've shipped the ability to synchronize slicers on different pages in your report! You can read more about how the feature works here: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-february-2018-feature-summary/#syncSlicers Thanks again for everyone's feedback and votes on this feature. We do listen to you so keep voting and let us know what other things you need us to prioritize.

Would be a great added feature. Right now I use 'Manage Relationships' and unique dashboard visuals for different user groups so when a user clicks into their visual, it will open the appropriate page in the linked report. I could better manage my 'real estate' with a total report slice.

Feature of using same filter/slicers over multiple page would be really helpful for all of us.
Also this functionality will support Power BI to grow users across various fields and organizations.

Additionally, I'd love to see a slicer that worked like a filter, it is, bound to a certain visualization. Sometimes I want to use a page in a report to do some comparison using two different visuals. I'd like to be able to slice them individually, but on the same page. (I can do this pinning two separate reports on one dashboard, but then there are certain slicers that I'd like to remain global.)

Yes, please! I would love to just have a page on my report that is slicers that cover the entire report as well as some page level slicers on each individual page.

Allow for Slicer Filters to be applied to all pages and set up a section in the filters to place slicers so they are visible on all pages. The Slicers are more intuitive to end users.

Maybe use a pin-type of persistance choice, if you would like the filter remain the next time you visit the report. That could be to much to ask for, and I would not want to wait for this reportwide slicer filtering to get persistance over time (per user). Just if you see it fit in well in your road map.

I agree with this filter level, but for all visualizations, not only slicers. A filter of a visualization must be apply to visualizations of all pages (for Power BI Service and Desktop).

Like others I am surprised this is not available. It stops us using PowerBI across the company.

I have say we don't have have slicers that reflects across all pages. This is kind of disappointing that when i demonstrate this product to potential clients they feel disappointed with let down with the feature
