    dashboard drill through

    i want to be able to drill through in the dashboard view and not having to go to the report view

    i have to turn on the drill through every time i leave the report page, it would be better if it stayed on and if i could manually put it off if i don't need it.

    It is a must for my clients since the sharing is done at dashboard level

    It is just common sense to have this available in the dashboard. We have been evaluating and comparing Power BI vs Tableau. Something as basic as this not available in Power BI , makes it tough for us to think of Power BI as our permanent solution for BI. Tableau is so much better. Why do you require a vote?

    I dont understand why this feature wasnt added in the alpha version. Whats the point of the drillthrough if you can't have it on the dashboard

    Really, so much time of mine has been wasted on creating drill thrus in report.. now nothing works on the final product.. i.e. DASHBOARD..
    what is the purpose of this tool????

    better to use excel visualizations if no drill thru works.. same thing..
