A lot of customers are still looking for an easy way to visualize data from SAP BW. SAP is pushing Hana and lumera very hard, with a bw connecter we can push a little bit back

This feature is critical for companies that use SAP. Since SAP tools, such as BEx Analyser and Web Analyser, aren't insatisfactory we are moving to Spotfire to bypass it. If Power BI or Power query could do this connection, we would be able to still take advantage of Office suites and the knowledge already possessed in the use of this tool.

Office 365 context, SAP BW, it is highly necessary to have the capability to connect ! Please do it... even more frustrating since it was possible in the past to connect to SAP BW Queries or Infocubes from Excel...

Either for long-term use within companies that use SAP & BW along with the favorable option of transitioning some or all reporting from BW to SQL Server, the ability for Power BI to connect to and use either BW queries and or Multiproviders would be huge plus for Microsoft and the future adoption rate of PBI in medium to large organizations.

Integration with BW Query is very critical functionality to promote Power BI and O365 in SAP BW based companies.

I really want to integrate reporting with O365 and Power BI, but need a connector to display BW queries in Power BI

I extract data from BW on a regular basis and if there is a way I can connect to BW directly using Power BI or Query would be very much helpful and would save a lot of time extracting data as well.

As an Analyst working with SAP BW daily, extracting data from SAP is painful and time consuming. This capability would give me the edge I need to promote Power BI to leadership.

I am trying to bypass the lack of flexibility that BW Analyzer has and use directly Power Query. A connector to BW is must! As a user I can compete with SAP but I desperately need the connector!

To be considered as corporate Bi standard in companies with SAP ERP and SAP BW set-up Power Bi connection to SAP BW is mandatory.
