Make the Power Automate 'Export To File for Power BI Report' available to Premium-Per-User

Currently the Power Automate 'Export To File for Power BI Report' functionality is only available to Premium license holders, NOT to users that are on the Premium-Per-User trial.

Need this feature urgent basis, otherwise the Premium Per User has no use.

My only interest in the Premium Per User licence will be if I can export BI reports in PPTX or PDF format.

This is critical functionality for us. The absence of this basic functionality makes no sense. Please prioritize this.

Is critical, it does not explain the utility of a "premium for user" license without this feature.

Our business wants to completely transition to PowerBI; but at the moment this restriction is holding us back from transferring all reporting to PowerBI.
