We’d hoped we’d have a good way to bring this functionality to the server – however, similarly to Export to PDF, after a lengthy evaluation of all the options and required investments, we’re not planning to bring this feature to the server at this time.

RE: Email subscriptions for Power BI reports in Report Server
We had high hopes of replacing other reporting software with PowerBI and SSRS but this is a deal breaker for us. Please reconsider.

Disappointed again, Microsoft.

Of course, this is just to enforce customers to move to Cloud. “Nothing personal, it's just business” (c)
RE: Email subscriptions for Power BI reports in Report Server
Is this kind forcing users/cusotmers to Cloud? why would a simple thing not possible, which every simple reporting tool is offering?
RE: Email subscriptions for Power BI reports in Report Server
this feature is required and it's available in other tools, it should be add in server as well
RE: Email subscriptions for Power BI reports in Report Server
Email subscription is available in Tableau! Just saying........ :)
RE: Email subscriptions for Power BI reports in Report Server
It is an important feature for any Report Server; since SSRS already have this feature; then why not Power BI Report Server?? Both these solutions are On-Prem and should have similar features as well.

Why is this not a planned feature? Massive oversight on your steering team's part. Executives don't "Run" reports, they need it pushed to them. I will either have to hire someone to run for them and email, or continue using one of your competitors products. (Cloud service is not an option for my organization due to security restrictions from our client base) Honestly, the lack of this feature is putting a bullet in a month's long initiative to migrate our entire organization to a Power BI environment. Very disappointing.
