The primary axis are outdated and require significant improvement when compared to Excel. This makes it difficult for report creators and often leads to problems when trying to manage and style them effectively. By offering more format settings, greater control over displayed data can be provided, especially if axis ticks, new gridlines, and separators are also included.

I am finding it increasingly difficult to advocate for the use of Power BI at my company as I uncover more and more basic functionalities that are missing. This feature is a must and should have been implemented years ago. Very disappointed.

please add this feature! I have this option in SSRS which is much older. I want to convince my users to switch from SSRS and this is one of those parity features that is needed.

The lack of this feature is EMBARRASSING. I don't know how to advocate for PowerBI in my company anymore after discovering that.

This was first requested in 2016 - how is it not a basic functionality yet?
