The most common request from my users is for Power BI to save the filters and settings that a user applies on a report. Currently they need to re-apply everytime they open it.

Hey all - we're planning on GAing this feature in the upcoming weeks. We're going through final rounds of testing.
If you haven't read the latest feature summary from the February Desktop release, we added a option for authors to disable this feature (if needed) for their reports before it hits the service: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-february-2018-feature-summary/#persistentFilters

Hi, this is a huge pain point for my user community not being able to save last view. My colleagues goes through the trouble to re-select filters for a specific view. Can we get an update on this issue?

This is really becoming a pain point for our user community. Do you have an update/timeline of when we can expect a solution? That would be really beneficial in trying to market the Power BI offerings.

Saving filters is a MUST for what I build !! When will this be available, as without it I cannot sell PoerBI accounts to customers.

We have about 350 company users that are going to use apps designed by us, and the test panel of 20 already complains heavily that they cant save their standard report filters...
