what needs to be done to escalate??

i can get my XERO data in my web 365 powerbi so why not on the desktop???

Even if the .pbix could be downloaded, modified and then published again would be a huge step forward. There are numerous errors in the calculated measures used in the content pack which makes the data incorrect and some of the reports unusable.
