In Power BI you cannot restore individual report or dashboards.
It would be interesting to add a recycle bin, so we can restore some reports, datasets or dashboards that were deleted.

RE: Restore reports or dashboards
How come there is no recycle bin or checkpoint restore option?
RE: Restore reports or dashboards
Every other tool has a recycle bin: sharepoint, outlook, windows. How does this not have it?
RE: Restore reports or dashboards
Unbelievable that Microsoft doesn't have this feature built-in.
RE: Restore reports or dashboards
This is a must have feature
RE: Restore reports or dashboards
This feature is a must and I dont know why it's not available by default.
RE: Restore reports or dashboards
Must have feature. We are having to raise support tickets with Microsoft to recover individual items where users have developed reports directly in the Power BI workspaces and they have been deleted in error (or cascade-deleted if an underlying semantic model used by the reports is deleted in error without users checking the dependencies), meaning there is no offline pbix file we can republish. We are trying to build in safeguards as best we can, but Power BI Service is being rolled out to our 'citizen' report development teams who don't always have the most robust backup, version control and change management processes. Having the ability to restore items from a recycle bin would help mitigate some of the risks.
RE: Restore reports or dashboards
Restore all type of artifacts should be there, at least for 7 days if possible.
RE: Restore reports or dashboards
This is a "Must" feature ! Having a recycle bin would make the collaboration safer !
RE: Restore reports or dashboards
This helps a lot, just in case if a report is deleted unfortunately
RE: Restore reports or dashboards
Yes, this is much needed feature in PBI service
