Please vote for this idea if you also want to be able to conditionally format the row headers in a matrix.

As many people have mentioned before, this would be a game changer for us.This functionality comes as standard is other BI visualisation tools. Why not in Power BI???

I have a list of services I display with their features in a matix and I need to use conditional formatting across the row using a value from the row header
