There is currently a limitation that you can't URL parameter filter on a field or a table with a space in the name. Please fix this.

need this functionality
RE: URL filter report field that has a space
HUGE need for this.

with accents too (for names in french by example)

Seems like the effort to reward ratio would make this issue worth prioritizing. It is one of those "egg on your face" kind of bugs. In reality, however, as great of potential as Power BI has, it has a lot of these kinds of issues.
RE: URL filter report field that has a space
Will this be fixed? We'll need to look at other BI solutions otherwise
RE: URL filter report field that has a space
We solved this issue back in 2009 when we used parameterized url's in order to jump from sharepoint dashboards over to detailed SSRS reports and also to BO-reports.
Which means that you had support for this already 10 yrs ago.
It's more than an issue, the guys in the Tableau team are cheering . It might in some cases become a showstopper for Power-BI.
RE: URL filter report field that has a space
This is really unacceptable. You allow parameters in the URL so long as there are no spaces in the dimension or attributes names? Who dropped the ball on this one. You obviously recognize the need for parameters because you allow them. But you expect the naming conventions within tabular models to have no space breaks? Do you realize how obtuse this sounds? Moreover you released a "Manage Parameters" feature in April, but it is not applicable to a Tabular data source.

Lame bug, fix please
RE: URL filter report field that has a space
I hope this gets fixed soon. Nobody wants to see underscores in their report visualizations.
RE: URL filter report field that has a space
When will this be fixed? This effectively makes the URL filter option useless...
