We should have the option to export a visual as an image. Not only raster images such as bmp, jpg or png, but also vectorial metafiles such as wmf, emf and svg.

This is independent from the ability to allow visuals to be pasted onto other applications, which was submitted here: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/11698812-copy-screenshot-of-visual-to-clipboard

Not all content is allowed to be shared on the web (e.g. in-process work for government clients); exporting graphics is a MUST for creating non-hosted graphic content.

This a must, a basic requirement.

This would be huge for creating printable exhibits for legal proceedings.

As a newspaper journalist, creating print versions of visualizations is critical. It is highly inefficient to create an interactive for the web and then build an entirely new one for print.

If Power BI could create an "export to Adobe Illustrator" function, Power BI would dominate the newspaper industry for graphics.

We need 300DPI images so it can be used for printing.

I agree with Alex's comment as well. This is a must have feature.

Without the ability to do this my organization will outright reject this tool.

I need to be able to generate static images from graphs in order to send people specific graphs they request from me.

Without this feature the only option in screenshots of graphs which is imprecise and unappealing to the majority of users here.
