Love the new custom visualizations but it gets old having to deal with the warning. Is there a way to suppress this after the first time?

Hi everyone. We've added an option to turn off the warning for custom visuals. You'll find it under the Security tab of the Options dialog. You can also remove unwanted visuals from your report by clicking the ... in the Visualizations pane and selecting 'Delete a Custom Visual'. I see some other comments about a organizational visual gallery, we're considering those for future work but please create a new suggestion for it!

Any updates on this? Need to also share reports via conent pack with custom visuals. It is not reasonable to ask everyone to download and import the visuals themselves.

Good to hear a solution is on the way.
This is very difficult to explain to customers.

RE: enable custom visualization warning supression.

I agree with Juan Blanco - this is just "Security Theatre" and the best solution is for Microsoft to check the visual's code before letting it into the gallery. It's totally unrealistic and irresponsible to expect a dashboard consumer to make an informed decision about the safety of the code in a visual - 99.9999% of users will just click OK and assume Microsoft is looking out for them. If a bad actor does get something nasty into the gallery, it will only reflect poorly on Microsoft.

It's becoming urgent to add this feature otherwise all the custom visualisation are worthless.

Thank you

We have reports that run on a television in our offices. When it auto-refreshes, this warning comes up ALL the time. Please put a checkbox in the report properties to turn it OFF per report.

since Power BI has multi- tenent/domain setup, give the domain admin for Power BI tool to flag which custom plug-ins can avoid the warning - for their domain.

Glad this is started - there are some great custom visuals out there - being able to get the most of them in Power BI will be great! Thanks!
