Static value labels on filled maps

Filled maps need to be able to display labels with the actual values on the map. It's nice to see the color coding, but unless I can see some numbers as well it's really super hard-to-use. I'm practically not using the maps just because of this.

Tableau does this automatically, why can't power bi?

Totally agree. I need this since many years ago. Please add it option to each map visual in Power Bi.

General improvement of filled maps when looking at a global level. They look so bad I can't use them. ArcGIS maps don't work, and the shape map preview feature doesn't work on a global level.
