Ability to select/click a row on the table or chart and be able to contextually go to another report , with appropriate filters. This is only useful when we are able to hide the pages in the report and they appear only when something is(row or cell) selected on a table or similar chart.

I'm pleased to say that the September release of Power BI Desktop includes the capability to drill between report pages. More details in the blog post here: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-september-2017-feature-summary/ There are a couple of related ideas that you can vote on if you'd find them useful: Drill into an SSRS report: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/6740219-ssrs-reports-for-drill-down-into-detailed-reports Drill to a transaction details page: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200/suggestions/13662768 Thanks for your support and votes!

RE: Drill to a report page
Is Drill-through possible in Power BI? Not Drill-Down
RE: Drill to a report page
needed before much of the functionality that has been started. this is basic navigation stuff.
another approach would be to enable vertical listing of the tabs in a report. The horizontal scrolling does just not work once you have more than 5 tabs, it really is a barrier to users exploring the reports we spend hours building.
It´s also very inconvenient to rearrange the order of the tabs when you have many + when you add a new tab it´s always inserted at the end. grrrrr
RE: Drill to a report page
Hi, I would like to create a hyperlink from a chart on page1 to another chart on page1 - based on which data/segment I select in the chart on page 1.
Basically to be able to navigate to new page rather than drill down to the data level when we click on the chart.
RE: Drill to a report page
Great idea
RE: Drill to a report page
Based on the length this has been under review, I am giving up hope on having links to other Tabs or Reports within Power BI. This really is big problem that is stopping adoption of power BI
RE: Drill to a report page
This is much needed we have built Power BI reports as the quick view but then need to easily drill into the data details behind the viz. The paginated reports are already built in SSRS, just need to be able to link the two together. This is a HUGE time saver and the first question we get when users know the detail is in an existing report, "can't we just click to get there?". Thanks! 1 million votes :)
RE: Drill to a report page
I'm still missing a basic functionality which I used to have in many other BI tools and it's the option to explore the data/report/single data point by a drill through or drill across. This functionality creates a linkage between seperated reports that one has more detailed information and explain the other. It is NOT a drill down functionality which was there in power BI since day 1 and I don't want to use the tile kind of thing.
RE: Drill to a report page
This feature would be very helpful in analyzing data and get the details based on that.
RE: Drill to a report page
'+3, please get this done!
RE: Drill to a report page
Very similar to this idea. This functionality is included in other Bi tools.
