    Absolutely must work with SSO, and the ability to query any table within the service now instance, including custom tables.

    Incidents dashboard is very helpful. We need to report on other key objects in Service now like incident_metrics, task, task_Sla and Service Requests. Kindly add this feature at the earliest please.
