Add a feature to hide pre-defined conetxt menu options like Include and Exclude while embedding a report.
This will help in scenarios where we embed for the customer in ISV apps. When drillthrough is used to navigate between pages, customers get confused by seeing these options.

RE: Hide context menu options
These types of options are not very useful since even if we exclude values, it does not recalculate the associated values again.
RE: Hide context menu options
I have a table visual that displays an error when the "Exclude" option is used. "We can't display this visual because a measure used in cross highlighting. Please remove the measure or cross highlight."I don't want to remove the measure and so far I have not been able to find a way remove the cross highlight. Would be great if I could just remove the Exclude option, since it isn't really compatible with the data I'm showing.
RE: Hide context menu options
It would be great!. On embed for the customer in ISV apps scenario, users get confused.
RE: Hide context menu options
I agree with this. If a user of an Embedded Report does an Include/Exclude, and the Filter Pane is hidden as well as the menu bar with the Reset button, there is no way (afaik) to remove this filter.
RE: Hide context menu options
Let me explain my last comment. Having the feature to"Include" or "exclude" would only work if there was a way to go "back one step". This feature needs to be able to be hidden or removed to prevent customer frustration.
RE: Hide context menu options
This might work if there was a "one step back" option but it is counterintuitive to have to reset all of your data just to get back to where you were.
RE: Hide context menu options
I agree it is helpful If I hide the Filter pane in Power BI Report and the users still able to see Include , Exclude options context menu option , then they can setup filters they won't be able to reset.
RE: Hide context menu options
this would really help - I've had an end-user completely screw up his table and the only 'out' was to reset the report to default (which he didn't want to do because he had other filters set that he didn't want to lose).
RE: Hide context menu options
Yes, we only want our users to be using the drill through options we provide. Showing all of the additional options on right-click really confuses many people and they can wind up really messing things up - especially with the include/exclude options!! It's fine to show the rest of the menu options for power users but not your average user. Unfortunately they will simply avoid using the reports because it's "too complicated". Its very easy for a user to click the wrong option when right-clicking to get to the drill through...
RE: Hide context menu options
This is a an important feature for us.
