Add oauth(2) as an option to authenticate for e.g. web.contents.

RE: oauth
It's still not possible todo... It's so annoying. I really hope that the feature that was implemented for `Fabric` comes to powerBI too.It would make it way more usable in special if you use only SaS service where most of them don't allow you to access the data via database.
RE: oauth
Still seems like it's impossible to connect to oAuth2 protected APIs without an on-premise gateway. To me this contradicts the entire idea of Power BI. We are using this technology to avoid managing servers ourselves, but this is unavoidable with the current solution. Any solution to this that would work in the Power BI Service platform would open up a ton of possibilities currently rendered unavailable.
RE: oauth
Recommend we all vote for https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/idea/?ideaid=80d3b0b2-1392-476c-b9c3-2c23fec30f7d as this one is likely buried in the PowerBI Admin's trash bin
RE: oauth
Still waiting on this. The addition of Microsoft Graph which requires oAuth2 without Power BI providing a way to do this has made this even more valuable.
RE: oauth
"This is enabled via Custom Connectors" is a pretty terrible solution to this problem. We need a way to do this natively.
RE: oauth
PLEASE add OAuth refresh compatibility with Power BI Report Server. Badly needed.
RE: oauth
If custom connectors are only for the desktop, how can on premise report server schedule updates to OAuth data sources, such as appinsights?
RE: oauth
Basic stuff should already be available!

RE: oauth
This is blocking a project of mine. A custom connector isn't supported in Reports Server
