add wildcard field search box to Dashboard filters and filter drop downs

Need ability to place a filter box on a dashboard that allows wildcard text search of a defined text field. e.g. product description, type 'coca' and get all items with coca in description, then select one or multiple items.
Filter drop downs instead of slicer boxes would provide more space for charts.

I propose those wildcards:
Sale !Sales for Sale but not Sales (! instead -)
"Sale" for exact whole word Sale
xxx* for starting with xxx
*xxx for ending with xxx
*xxx*yyy* for containing xxx and yyy (no matter in what order)
x?y for xay, xby, x1y, x2y, .... but not xaby
x#y for x1y, x2y, ....
x&y for xay, xby, ....

...or even just allow the standard '*' and '?' wildcards within the existing search box that Slicers/Filters have.

If the current filter could be modified to have the search feature instead of the drop down or tick boxes from the off set - rather than having to click into it on the mobile app, that would be great
