Agree, the requestor shouldn't be able to approve their own entry, instead, it should go directly to the qualified approver. This often becomes a challenge during audits.

We are in the process of implementing D365 FO in our house and in the current solution use the Power app solution to take pictures for deviations that occur in the warehouse. So, a brilliant idea and we look forward to the solution being implemented in the new functionality in the warehouse app and we can have it all gathered in one place.
