Agree, the requestor shouldn't be able to approve their own entry, instead, it should go directly to the qualified approver. This often becomes a challenge during audits.

We are in the process of implementing D365 FO in our house and in the current solution use the Power app solution to take pictures for deviations that occur in the warehouse. So, a brilliant idea and we look forward to the solution being implemented in the new functionality in the warehouse app and we can have it all gathered in one place.

This is becoming a growing issue as we have clients that have Bank Transactions in different currencies. For example, they would be a Canadian company but have bank accounts in USD. When we use the migration tool, the outstanding bank transactions USD don't carry over the Currency Code of USD and we have to manually adjust them all.

Also note that the copy BOM and the create BOM line functionality does often NOT inherit the Resource requirement from a generic operations relation - but I guess that is worth a different product idea.
