We're also trying to insert columns that are defined as URL in email templates, but that no longer works (it used to work in the past, but no longer does).A specific example is a Lead email template that contains a dynamic text placeholder for a column on Leads called "Download link" (text column of type URL) containing the URL for specific whitepaper to download. In the emails generated from the use of that template the URL is then included as text, but not as a clickable URL.

showing other related articles while pasting a link to an article would be fine. Key capability is to have the pasted link always go to the most recent Published version.

This is both useful and critical to clients where material is frequently being relocated to to physical constrains at a warehouse. Cancelling work and re-releasing is inefficient to handling the process. Functionality that supports this request on the sales picking side should be extended to support raw material picking.

We've had to develop this in-house, unfortunately. This functionality should also be by channel as rules are different in Card Present vs Card Not Present situations.

The current configuration results in the supplier being able to quote more favourable payment terms (for them) on the invoice rather than terms agreed and set up in the system.

The Link to the Webinar is available for the contact only when he/she receives an Email with the Teams Meeting Button, if the contact is registered to a Streamed event/session.This link should be available in Dynamics table to allow us to share the link with external tool, to make the link available in the event portal on in a customer app, to make the link available in the ics calendar.
