RE:
Also, need this functionality as we previously did this on Outbound Marketing and when we are moving to Real Time Marketing, it isn't developed yet.....
RE:
Am currently using mix of between 90 and 50 days depending on the actual scheduleboard. The function is only available through IT, so should be easy fix.

Required.
RE:
What is meant by "existing pop-out functionality"?

Agreed. This would make up for missing data and is a common feature of competing carbon platforms. [Missing quarterly utility bills are a particular problem when the billing period straddles the end of a reporting period (eg end of financial year).] Note that other platforms use the whole consumption/billing period (on a utility invoice) - not invoice date - to automatically assign consumption to each month/day. However, in MSM, the filtering for time periods (eg cutting off at 30 June) doesn't appear to work this way and could generate inaccurate reports.
RE:
Agreed. Health care providers will want to add their own scope 3 categories such as 'Delivery of Care', Commissioned Services', 'Patient and Visitor travel'. Refer Tennison, Roschnik, et al. (Feb 2021), 'Health care's response to climate change: a carbon footprint assessment of the NHS in England', The Lancet Planetary Health, UK.
RE:
Agreed. The units of measure should reflect NGER/EERs requirements. The totals for consumption required are by organisational structure. Note that emissions calculations are not required for this. Note that this original suggestion was 2 years ago.
RE:
Hi, I see this request was raised back in 2021 and has still not been actioned. Australian law specifies that Government records must be retained for set periods, per the Archives Act 1983. To prevent unauthorised record destruction, agents must NOT be able to delete records. Microsoft need to understand. By not allowing us to modify Omnichannel roles (which include the Delete privilege on Conversations) this product is not fit for purpose in any Government organisation. A 4-year plus vote for what should have been a compulsory feature on day one, is laughable. I am very disappointed.

Great idea!
