If this is not brought in line, the system behavior is peculiar and unpreciseIn the price details - Overview section you will see Price unit = 1, base price = 0,14In the price details - Base price section you will see, Price unit = 1000, price per unit = 0,14In certain sectors where prices go by 1000 ltr or kg, two decimals on 1 ltr or kg may end significantly off track.Example:Wood pellets would be $ 149,00 / 1000 kg, this will become $ 0,15 / kg, so we are a full dollar off.

Dynamic Printer Solution is a great addition to label printing. Including an option to include mapping PFE terminals to a default printer would offer even more flexibility and usability to Document Routing.

We have also experienced issues with this since we launched DCCP in March 2025. Consults do not block capacity, meaning agents can receive additional calls whilst in a consult. Agents were advised to go onto DND to counteract this, but this prevents the consult then being transferred through. Would like to see this resolved.
