Can't agree more - it is platform for multiple users to collaborate.Without the ability to deactivate segments, other users may think a particular segment should still be used. That's a recipe for disaster.

I feel this is a huge gap in F&O currently. Having the ability to import planned orders or even use an excel add-in would be of great benefit.

Are there any updates here? This seems like a pretty significant issue and this ticket, not to mention its duplicates, has been open for 3 years now.To echo previous comments, if on account payment is an option for call center orders, credit management is an assumed functionality.

We are having the same issue. If a maintenance schedule line is not converted into a work order before the next months batch job runs, it is wiped out and lost from the open maintenance schedule line. Preventative maintenance lines might carry over to the next month and if that is the case should remain open and visible to our maintenance planners. Please consider this change!

Every customer to whom I present the segments in real-time marketing is shocked by the fact that you cannot add columns in the view and not when exporting. Customers who are used to outbound demand a customized solution from us every time. That can't be right.
