RE:
I agree, I have a client with 7,000 inventory items in 5 item categories. Instead of managing each item it would be great if they could select a category in the price list instead of each of the items in each of the categories.
RE:
Yes, please add this feature!
RE:
Any update on this?
RE:
You are right, We already had a customer using the suscription billing module to invoice rentals and associated services a as part of the same contract. It was working perferctly right. That is no longer possible without the definition of a third product.
RE:
Needed for multiple customer projects - would be great if this could be "new standard"!
RE:
Given this already exists for normal Sales Orders it seems that this is an essential function for Project SOs also and needs to be implemented. Its currently impossible to build a project based global shipping workflow without resorting to external systems for enforcement of regulatory compliance.
RE:
Yes - this is something I would greatly like to see implemented and would mean I could restrict regions to ensure nothing gets shipped to areas where they are not authorized/legal. This will be critical to maintenance of both regulatory and legal compliance.
RE:
This issue needs resolving. If the restricted item functionality works for a Norman SO, then it has to work for a Project Sales order as well.
RE:
Extending this functionality would definitely improve consistency and control across modules. It’s a great suggestion that could benefit many users working with project-based processes in Dynamics 365.
RE:
Agree, please add this feature.A similar issue is being faced by my client. When they try to track the age of inventory that has been transferred to another warehouse, they are not getting accurate data.
